CPB UK Ltd is embracing organisational change and is pleased to announce organisational changes that will boost competitiveness, accelerate innovation, and improve operational excellence. A revised organisational structure will create a strengthened company, enabling us to focus on delivering unsurpassed multi-touch marketing campaigns to the IT sector.

Embracing Organisational Change

Jon Pritchett moves into the role of Chairman, whilst Business Development continues to be led by Polina Nikolaeva, supported by Carrie Mathers in a newly defined role of Head of Account Management and Service Delivery. Technology remains a key priority for CPB, and Chris Leighton-McCardle becomes Operations Manager to spearhead technological advancements. The marketing department is strengthened by the appointment of Tracey Twynham (BA Hons Marketing), as Senior Marketing Executive to focus on raising brand awareness and the exploitation of our technologies across our products, services and operations. Personnel changes in the Account Management and Delivery Team, as well as the appointment of additional Call Room Executives, also serve to strengthen CPB’s proposition to its clients.

The restructure will drive continued growth from a targeted portfolio of products and services focused on providing industry-leading contact data, marketing automation systems, telemarketing and multi-touch, digital marketing services. The changes are aimed at aligning CPB’s organisational structure to ensure we meet evolving customer needs and deliver the continuous transformation required in the most effective way.

New Organisational Structure

The new structure will take effect from March 1st, 2018.

  • Jon Pritchett, currently Managing Director, becomes Chairman
  • Helen Pritchett, currently Director, becomes Managing Director
  • Polina Nikolaeva, continues as Business Development Director, in addition she will head up the marketing department, reporting to Helen Pritchett
  • Carrie Mathers, currently Account Manager, becomes Head of Account Management and Service Delivery, reporting to Polina Nikolaeva
  • Tracey Twynham, currently Digital Marketing Executive, becomes Senior Marketing Executive, reporting to Polina Nikolaeva
  • Chris Leighton-McCardle, currently Systems & Data Manager, becomes Operations Manager, reporting to Jon Pritchett
Other changes:

After ten years with CPB and having led the successful integration of new systems and technologies, Neil Townley-Williams, Marketing and Operations Director, has decided to leave CPB to progress his career elsewhere.

After 5 years with CPB, Faye Cooper has chosen to follow her dreams of travelling the world and leaves CPB on 9th March, destination Australia.
