We work in a high tech, constantly changing industry where companies, products and services never stand still for long. It’s exciting but also challenging as we are always striving to stay ahead of the game and to expand our skills and competencies. We challenge our staff to work harder, smarter and better in our objective to provide clients with the very best IT marketing services.
That’s why it’s great to be able to share the following staff success stories. Stories of telemarketing agents who have gone above and beyond the call of duty, who consistently out perform their KPIs and who offer top flight service to our clients.
This week we are delighted to announce promotions of three telemarketing agents to the position of Marketing Services Professional. Congratulations to Irene Breytenbach, Aaron Matin-Hamed & Mike Foley!!
Being a telemarketer isn’t an easy job. You need to be tenacious, determined, enthusiastic, have a permanently sunny disposition and not be daunted by rejection. These three have proved time and again their value as excellent telemarketing agents with expert knowledge of the campaigns they work on and superb nurturing skills and lead generation results!
Another top performer is Anoushka van Overdijk who has been promoted to Training Leader. Anoushka has boundless energy and is an inspiration to everyone, especially some of the less experienced in the team who she takes under her wing and nurtures just like a sales lead!
In addition to these promotions we’re also very happy to announce a number of new vendor accreditations, adding even more strings to our bow. Ian has gained accreditation in Veeam and Forcepoint, Anoushka & Aaron are now proficient in Nimble Storage, Mike is another CPB in house Kaspersky expert and Irene is fully versed on Citrix.
We’ve just got time to mention our new starters… Ihsan, Margarida, Antony, Georgia & Jonah. Georgie and Jonah have already been fast tracked to Telemarketing Executive status and the more recent starters are all being trained and mentored by our experienced team. We are sure it won’t be long until we are writing similar blog posts about them and their achievements.
In the meantime, great job CPB – keep up the good work!
