Junior Sales Development Representative
Location: Banbury, UK (Office-based 3 days/week, hybrid after 8-week training)

Overview
CPB UK Ltd is a fast-growing IT marketing and demand generation agency working with leading technology vendors, distributors, and service providers across the UK, Ireland, and globally.
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help identify and qualify new business opportunities through B2B outreach.
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, supporting sales campaigns through:

High-volume outbound calling and email outreach

Qualifying sales opportunities with IT decision-makers

Managing CRM records and campaign activity

Supporting client campaigns and industry events

Writing clear, accurate opportunity reports

Engaging in ongoing training and development
