Meet Vicki Farrell, Head of Internal Delivery at CPB UK

In the first of the series, we talk to Head of Internal Delivery, Vicki Farrell. Vicki leads CPB's call room and telemarketing team with energy, expertise, and a focus on delivering exceptional results. With extensive experience in team management and customer engagement, Vicki ensures that CPB’s internal delivery team runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the company’s objectives. 

Under Vicki’s leadership, the call room telemarketing team achieves outstanding performance, maintaining high standards of professionalism, productivity, and customer care. Known for her hands-on approach, commitment to staff development, and ability to motivate teams Vicki fosters a positive and supportive working environment. 

Let's meet Vicki ... 

Q1. Hi, Vicki, you’ve worked with CPB UK for many years now, what inspired you to join the company?  

VF: The opportunity to work in IT and earn uncapped commission. 

Q2. You’ve worked your way up through the ranks and are now a vital part of the management team. What’s your prime focus as part of that team?  

VF: To support, nurture and develop my team to go on and be successful salespeople in the IT industry.  

Q3. What’s your favourite part about working at CPB UK?  

VF: My team! 

Q4. How would you describe your leadership style?  

VF: Everyone is different, they have different needs and need to be managed as individuals first. In my experience, fulfilling people as individuals creates better team players with greater commitment to the company. 

Q5. What’s a personal or professional accomplishment you’re most proud of?  

VF: Juggling a full-time demanding management role whilst raising my son, Freddie. Essentially, I'm a full-time mum in and out the office and everyone's survived so far!! 

Q6. What’s the most rewarding part of leading your team?  

VF: Whilst losing team members is never nice, losing them for the right reason usually means I've done a good job, so seeing them go and work in the channel and make promising careers for themselves is hugely rewarding.  

Q7. What motto you live by?  

VF: No one is you, and that is your power.
