In the fifth of the Inside CPB: Meet the Team series, we talk to Managing Director, Helen Pritchett.  

Helen leads CPB with a clear vision: to help technology businesses unlock their full potential through results-driven marketing. With extensive experience in the B2B tech sector, Helen has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, delivering impactful campaigns, and driving growth for clients across the channel ecosystem. 

Under Helen’s leadership, CPB UK continues to evolve, giving clients access to best-in-class tools, expert consultancy, and innovative solutions that accelerate business success, ensuring CPB remains at the forefront of IT channel marketing.

Q1. What inspires you about the IT industry?  

HP: I’m particularly driven by the pace of change within the world of IT and the challenge of staying ahead, ensuring that we not only adapt but lead in delivering first-class services into the IT channel. 

Q2. What’s your vision for CPB UK in the next few years?  

HP: To continue delivering exceptional service to our valued customers, while evolving our solutions in close collaboration with our clients and trusted ecosystem partners. A key priority for us is embracing AI and integrating it into both our internal operations and the services we provide, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation and capability. 

Q3. What’s the most rewarding part of leading your team?  

HP: Seeing our team so committed to CPB’s success, and witnessing their professional growth and accomplishments, is incredibly rewarding. 

Q4. What advice would you give to someone starting out in this industry?  

HP: Don’t be afraid of the telephone if you want to succeed in IT sales. Stay curious, stay adaptable, and always be willing to learn.  

Q5. What’s your favourite part about working at CPB UK? 

HP: It’s difficult to choose just one thing! I genuinely look forward to coming to work every day. We are fortunate to have an exceptional team and outstanding clients, and that combination makes this role incredibly rewarding. 

Q6. Early bird or night owl?  

HP: Early bird, but if there is a good party I will be there to the end
